HVAC · Building performance
A respectable website. A much bigger job.
From service pages to a whole-building knowledge and tools platform.

THE COMMERCIAL STORY
The opportunity
behind the pixels.
What existed
The original already had a clear identity, service information, a blog and customer testimonials. It looked respectable. The opportunity was to help people understand the whole building and find a useful next step.
What could work harder
Service information existed across conventional pages. The inspected public routes did not establish an equivalent calculator hub or sourced free-text answer experience. That is a website observation, not a claim that Green Titans lacked operational expertise.
What we changed
We developed problem-first journeys, a dedicated commercial path, a whole-building explorer and a sourced local answer library. Fifteen calculators and six audience hubs extend the educational role of the site. Existing approved testimonials and brand assets are retained.
What became possible
Visitors can investigate comfort and efficiency questions, use an educational calculator and prepare a more informed conversation. Professional audiences have their own routes through the tools. Live lead delivery and communications remain separate launch decisions.
Green Titans’ existing brand and customer testimonials remain client assets. We do not claim to have created the underlying customer proof.
CAPABILITY / BEFORE → AFTER
More than a new coat of paint.
| Capability | Observed original | Current staging |
|---|---|---|
| Service discovery | Existing HVAC service pages | Problem-first, homeowner and commercial journeys |
| Tools | No equivalent hub established in inspected routes | 15 educational calculators and six audience hubs |
| Ask | No equivalent sourced free-text interface established | Fixed local guidance with citations and unknown-state handoff |
| Editorial | Existing public blog | Learning Center and controlled Story Forge drafts |
| Whole-building guide | Conventional service information | Interactive building explorer and related tools |
| Commercial | Existing business positioning | Dedicated property-manager journey |
| Search / XEO | Existing public metadata | Explicit page, source and tool relationships; staging noindex |
| Forms / integrations | Live business communications not audited | Safe preview flows; no live CRM, phone, SMS or email activation |
| Project proof | Existing client testimonials; no new job evidence supplied | Approval-gated case-study pages and source relationships ready; draft projects remain unpublished |
“Not established” describes the public routes inspected. It is not proof that the business lacked every equivalent capability. Staging is not a production launch.

Median of three Lighthouse 13.5 mobile homepage lab runs per side, measured 25 September 2026 on the same browser and machine. Not field Core Web Vitals or full-site accessibility certification. Production third-party services can affect the difference; staging integrations are inactive. No conversion, revenue or ranking improvement has been measured.
