AMBITION, WITH A RELEASE PLAN

Change the website.
Protect the business.

The live site continues doing its job while a candidate takes shape. A polished screen is a milestone. It is not the acceptance gate.

The seven stages

01

Audit

Read the current journey, source and business context. Capture the original on desktop and mobile, inventory existing media and take a legitimate baseline.

02

Prototype

Agree the primary visitor, the valuable action and the evidence that would make the idea worth building. Retain what already works.

03

Sandbox

Build in isolation. Forms, AI and integrations stay explicitly in preview until the real providers and permissions are configured.

04

Test

Check navigation, forms, keyboard use, responsive layouts, metadata, source integrity and measured performance. Record failures as well as passes.

05

Owner review

Review claims, content, prices, geography, media permissions and the actual interaction. Resolve facts with the people who own them.

06

Controlled launch

Verify source, candidate, production identity and rollback. Activate only approved adapters, confirm the canonical domain, and remove noindex only with launch authorization.

07

Measure / improve

Observe real usage once approved measurement is active. Fix friction, develop useful content and revisit the original success measures. Do not substitute lab scores for revenue evidence.
