THE COMMERCIAL STORY
The opportunity
behind the pixels.
What existed
IQorb already had valuable medical animation, case material and team expertise. Its existing homepage included animated media, a production process and a case-study path. Those are part of IQorb’s history, not capabilities invented by this rebuild.
What could work harder
The public material was spread across a small set of pages and hosted media. Some legacy content was unavailable. The opportunity was to recover what remained, make the portfolio more legible and help a prospective client frame a useful inquiry.
What we changed
We recovered and inventoried public media, reorganized the portfolio, and built a 45-page staging experience around services, cases and process. A rules-based Visual Strategy Assessment, fixed sourced Ask guidance and 12 planning tools support early conversations.
What became possible
Visitors can explore visual formats and case context, consider what they need to explain, and prepare a structured intake preview. The tools organize questions for expert review; they do not assess legal merits, interpret medical evidence or deliver a real inquiry.
The medical animation and existing case imagery are IQorb’s pre-existing work. Sonny’s Websites recovered, reorganized and elevated their website presentation. We did not create those original animations.
CAPABILITY / BEFORE → AFTER
More than a new coat of paint.
| Capability | Observed original | Current staging |
|---|---|---|
| Animation portfolio | Existing animation and case imagery | Recovered media, dedicated work pages and clearer context |
| Case material | Existing bowel article and spinal narrative | Sourced presentation with limitations retained |
| Assessment | No equivalent public guided assessment established | Rules-based Visual Strategy Assessment |
| Ask | No equivalent sourced assistant established | Fixed local guidance, citations and visible human route |
| Planning tools | No equivalent hub established in inspected routes | 12 local attorney planning tools |
| Intake | Existing contact/quote path | Structured local preview; no confidential upload or sending |
| Editorial / XEO | Existing case content and metadata | Three draft articles and explicit knowledge relationships |
| Operations | Existing providers not changed | No live analytics, CRM, email, SMS or AI activation |
“Not established” describes the public routes inspected. It is not proof that the business lacked every equivalent capability. Staging is not a production launch.
MEASURED TECHNICAL EVIDENCE

Both sides of the story.

Median of three Lighthouse 13.5 mobile homepage lab runs per side, measured 25 September 2026 on the same browser and machine. Not field Core Web Vitals or full-site accessibility certification. Production third-party services can affect the difference; staging integrations are inactive. No conversion, revenue or ranking improvement has been measured.
