The application structure
The existing source includes participant submissions and editing, invitation-based voting, administrative controls, winner handling and a big-screen view. Those features create an operational testing obligation beyond visual polish.
What must be demonstrated
Shared-device privacy, duplicate handling, invitation boundaries, close/reveal timing, joint winners and error recovery need verified event-day journeys. A prior audit recorded findings, so this draft does not certify event readiness.
What evidence comes next
Isolated regression results, approved operational captures and, after the real event, permissioned photography and measured usage. No participant count, invitation total, voting result or successful-event claim has been invented.
