A production page had diverged from its approved direction. The useful work was to establish what changed, recover the real product and preserve customer state.
Evidence before
intervention.
The investigation found a separate static lineage replacing the original public application. Nine public files matched that lineage byte-for-byte. The replacement also removed the original storage binding and application settings.
We recovered the original logo, problem-first experience and deterministic intake from the preserved application source. The candidate has no production database, storage, payment or email bindings. It does not claim the live customer system has been repaired.
The original Right Engines brand and product predate this recovery. Historical pages below were rendered from a retained deployment on September 25, not captured retrospectively on the original release date.

What remains
- Production has not been restored or changed; cutover is not ready or authorized.
- D1 preservation and isolated R2/session continuity have evidence. A deliberate rollback passed on an earlier private Workers candidate; this does not certify the production Pages adapter.
- The complete histories of the four identified legacy payment links contained no completed payments. This finding does not establish the absence of payments through all other channels.
- Cloudflare legacy Pages project quota blocks creation of the isolated production-adapter test project.
- Displayed screenshots and lab runs describe their recorded historical candidate, not the latest private certification.
- AI Evidence Review remains an owner-review proposal.
- No conversion, revenue, traffic or ranking gain is claimed.
- No verified before/after performance delta for this recovery.
