Your base package

USD 1,495 for one personally configured digital event and one award or connection theme. Included: branded page, optional submissions and individual private ballots with self-vote protection where agreed, host-approved display and results timing, invitation provider delivery reporting, English plus one agreed additional language for host prompts and instructions, three total hours of personal setup and support, one consolidated revision, a rehearsal within those hours, and hosting until 30 days after the event.

Confirm before payment

Submitting a brief does not reserve a date. Sonny confirms the date, timezone, languages, scope, support window and any extras in writing. Allow at least 14 days after the completed brief and required materials. Larger or more complex events require an individual scope and capacity review. No universal guest-capacity guarantee is made.

Support and extras

Support uses the agreed email channel and agreed event window. It is not a 24-hour service. Additional work is $175/hour in 15-minute increments, only after written approval. Extra categories, languages, guest-content translation, cultural adaptation and custom integrations are quoted before work. Optional hosting beyond the included period starts at $49 per 30 days for the existing event archive, subject to scope; no automatic subscription is created. No venue, catering, physical supplies, in-person staffing or guaranteed attendance is included.

Payment, tax and receipts

The base price is in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and extras are disclosed before payment; do not pay if the agreed total is unclear. Stripe processes card data. The merchant account is Universal Document Incorporated DBA The Hive. Your agreed purchased package price stays fixed. Future bookings may be priced higher according to support demand.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel in writing before setup work begins for a full refund. After work begins, a refund is the amount paid less completed work at $175/hour and any separately approved non-refundable third-party costs, never more than the amount paid. Sonny provides the calculation. If Sonny cannot deliver the agreed service and an alternative is not accepted, unprovided services are refunded. Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.

One date change may be requested before the event, subject to availability and at least 14 days of lead time for the new date. Already completed work carries forward where reusable. New work or third-party costs require approval. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Participation and guest data

The host supplies permitted guest contact information, reviews submitted content, confirms entries, and approves messages. Participants should avoid sensitive personal information. Entry display and result timing follow the agreed event rules; guest data is not published as a public directory. Private links must not be forwarded. Delivery reports do not guarantee inbox placement or reading.

Privacy and retention

Briefs and event setup information are stored privately to review and deliver the service. Unapproved briefs are deleted after 90 days. Paid booking records are retained for service and accounting obligations; request access, correction or deletion from saggarsonny@gmail.com. Payment data is handled by Stripe, and service data by Cloudflare. Do not put guest lists, card data or passwords in the initial brief.

Anonymous aggregate analytics count pageviews and actions by broad campaign, referral category and device size. They do not identify unique people or retain raw IP addresses, full referral URLs, guest names or ballot tokens. Browser privacy signals are respected. Aggregates are retained for 90 days. Rate controls use short-lived keyed identifiers. Error and health records are retained for 30 days.

The demo and private booking access use this browser’s storage. Clearing storage or switching browsers can remove access unless you saved your private booking link. Real event shortlists also remain browser-local. Hosting ends 30 days after the event; arrange exports or an extension beforehand. Event guest-data deletion and any required accounting retention are agreed during setup.

Your event concept

The host provides or approves the event concept, content and rules. This service supplies general event technology and personal setup. The MIP Awards brand, distinctive format, organizer playbook and national rollout materials are not included.

Email saggarsonny@gmail.com with your booking reference. Do not make a duplicate payment if status is unclear. Sonny checks Stripe before confirming fulfillment. Changes to agreed scope require written agreement.
